Shipment Guidelines and Rates
Orders placed Monday – Thursday are typically filled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 2pm (AEST) will begin processing the following business day (this excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
Shipping is via Australia Post (Express Post) unless otherwise advised and will arrive within 2–5 business days from the date of your order, not including weekends and public holidays. Please allow an additional 1–2 days for regional areas. All orders within Australia have a standard shipping cost of $00.00. Yep thats right, FREE

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Kissmax.com.au accepts the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
KISSMAX is happy to ship to most countries outside Australia. All orders to the United States have a standard shipping cost of $15.00. Online international orders to other countries are coming soon, but in the meantime, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your to order.
International orders may take up to 14 days to receive. For expedited shipping and international shipping costs please contact email@example.com.
On international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and other fees as established and assessed by the destination country.
